Job Description: As a PRN/Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

Helping patients with mobility and positioning to ensure their comfort and safety.

Monitoring and documenting vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.

Providing compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients.

Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.

Documenting patient care activities accurately and timely.

Collaborating closely with the healthcare team to ensure holistic and patient-centered care. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Active and unrestricted CNA license in the state of South Dakota.

At minimum, current BLS and ACLS certifications (Certification requirements vary by location).

At least 1 year of experience as a CNA, actively within the last 12 months.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to excel in the fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compassion and empathy for patients in need of care.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
