About This Position

URGENT OPENING – License Practical Nurse

Speciality: LTC/SNF

Location: Chamberlain, SD

Contract: 13 Weeks

Start Date: 08/03/2026

Shift: 12 hour nights; every other weekend and holiday

PAY PACKAGE BREAKDOWN

Weekly Pay: $1,561.00

Blended Hourly: $43.36

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

BLS Certification, DL Required

Charting Systems: MatrixCare/Matrix
