Requirements
- Current LPN license

Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care in a long-term care setting during the night shift
- Assist with medication administration and routine clinical support according to scope of practice
- Monitor residents’ condition and report changes to the appropriate team members
- Support care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure a safe, respectful environment throughout the shift
