Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Collaborate with a supportive and team-oriented staff
Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
Qualifications
Active LVN license in good standing
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in post-acute or long-term care is preferred, but not required
