Schedule – Per Diem
AM shift – 6:00 AM to 6.00PM
PM shift – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Location- Moreno Valley & Hemet only 6 beds facility
Your Role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
· Provide direct patient care as defined in the States Nurse Practice Act.
· Experience using Trach/Vent
· Cough Assist
· Evaluate the needs of the patients in the CLHF, develops a care plan under RN supervision.
· Provide wound care treatment, dressing changes of wounds, and dressing changes of g-tubes as ordered by the physician under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
· Give direct physical and psychological nursing care in emergencies, as well as in the presence of illness or disability to maintain life, provide comfort, reduce stress, and enhance the residents' ability to cope.
· Maintain the confidentiality of all residents' care information including protected health information. Report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information
· Provide information to the resident and family members of prevention techniques and other ways to maintain or improve the general health and psychosocial status of the resident.
· Communicates with the physician regarding the patient’s needs and reports changes in the patient’s condition; obtains/receives physicians’ orders as required.
· Administer medication, diet and other instructions as ordered by the physician.
· Recognizes and utilizes opportunities for health counseling with patients and families/caregivers and works in collaboration with the interdisciplinary group (RN, MD, RT, PT, OT, ST, MSW).
Required license or certification:
Licensed Vocational Nurse License CPR Certification, PPD, Trach/Vent Certification (within 30 days of hire)

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
