About This Position
Visiting Hours for Nursing Staff: We are looking for nurse that can handle 15-25 visits per week if not more and can work with and electronic charting system. Most of our patients are in the Riverside county primarily covering the cities of Hemet, Romoland, Perris, San Jacinto, and surrounding areas. Patients must be seen between the hours of 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (NO EXEPTIONS) LVN will have the able to create your own schedule and will also be paid for your travel time between patients visit. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE PATIENT DURNING THE HOURS OF 8:30 AM TO 6 PM PLEASE DO NOT APPLY SCHEDULE VISITS ARE ONLY SCHEDULE DURING THOSE HOURS AND EACH VISIT IS FROM 45MIN TO AN HOUR.
Job Title/Position: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse

Reports To: Clinical Supervisor/ Case Manager
The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
