Starting Pay: $16.50/hr — Increases to $18.00 or $20.00/hr (depending on deparment hired into) after CNA Certification!

What You'll Do:
Assist residents with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility
Support rehabilitation and comfort goals from individualized care plans
Help with transfers, positioning, and mechanical lift use
Take and record vital signs, health status, and assist with restorative exercises
Provide compassionate support while maintaining privacy and dignity
Communicate with nurses and the care team to support resident well-being
Participate in staff trainings, in-services, and infection control procedures

The Nurse Aide (NA) must be able to:
Obtain Certified Nursing Assistant .certification through the South Dakota Board of Nursing within 4 months of employment.
Read, write, and follow both verbal and written instructions
See and hear well enough to monitor residents’ physical and mental health and notice any changes
Communicate clearly with residents, families, visitors, and healthcare team members
Perform medium to heavy lifting, including helping move residents and handling equipment or supplies
Frequently reach, bend, walk, and stand as part of daily tasks
