Job Overview:
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd (days, nights, evenings, weekends available)
Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Sunday, including weekends and holidays
Pay Rate:
LPN: $31-$36/hr
RN: $40-$48/hr
Mileage reimbursement available when applicable
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patients’ health status and report changes
Assist in care planning and patient assessments
Provide personal care and support, ensuring patient comfort
Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the healthcare team
Qualifications:
LPN or RN license in the state of practice (or compact license)
CPR/BLS Certification (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel is a plus
