What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee nursing care delivery for residents
Support and guide nursing staff to ensure excellent care standards
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
Follow and implement individualized care plans
Provide hands-on nursing care as needed
What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required)
Active RN license in the state of South Dakota (required)
Experience or strong knowledge in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation
Leadership mindset with the ability to support and motivate a team
Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
