Shifts: 7a–7p | 7p–7a

Must Haves
✔ Active LVN License
✔ Sub-Acute Nursing Experience preferred
Core Sub-Acute Clinical Skills
Ventilator observation & response protocols
Tube feed management (G-Tube/PEG)
High-acuity post-surgical care
Wound care support & treatment prep
IV monitoring & PICC awareness
Advanced condition change reporting
Familiarity with respiratory & complex medical cases
Collaboration with RT, PT/OT, MDs, and RNs
Supervision of CNAs to ensure Sub-Acute care standards
What You’ll Do
Administer medications & treatments
Support assessments, care plans & clinical goals
Complete accurate MAR/TAR documentation
Communicate condition changes to RN/MD
Supervise & mentor CNAs
Maintain a safe, calm, professional environment
Build trust with residents & families
