About This Position
This full-time Charge Nurse role offers an opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in a senior living environment. You will coordinate and deliver resident-centered care, oversee nursing services on your shift, and ensure adherence to clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will support resident assessments, care planning, medication management, and staff supervision while contributing to a supportive and collaborative care culture. Responsibilities
This role is based in a senior living facility that provides comprehensive nursing and supportive services to older adults. The position is full-time on the day shift, with additional shift differentials available for nights and weekends when applicable. The Charge Nurse works in a clinical environment that emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and adherence to infection control standards. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, nursing assistants, medication aides, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. The role requires regular standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling to support residents safely and effectively. The pay range for this position is $63648.00 - $98945.00/yr.
