Weekend Supervisor (RN) – Part-Time
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Weekend Supervisor position. The schedule consists of Saturday and Sunday shifts, 8 to 12 hours per day.
This is a part-time position as advertised; however, additional hours may be available through open shifts. Employees who consistently work full-time hours may become eligible for applicable full-time benefits.
The Weekend Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation and supervision of the facility during weekend hours. Responsibilities include ensuring quality customer service, addressing staffing needs, coordinating admissions and discharges, providing floor support, and resolving issues involving ancillary departments.
RN Responsibilities:
Oversees the delivery of quality care to all residents.
Interprets, implements, and enforces facility policies and procedures.
Assigns and monitors responsibility for resident care.
Supervises CNA and nursing staff.
Administers and oversees prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing practices.
Observes residents, documents significant changes in condition, and ensures physicians and resident representatives are notified of changes in condition, behavior, or medication status.
Coordinates and completes admissions and discharges scheduled during weekend hours.
Provides floor coverage and clinical support throughout assigned shifts.
