About This Position
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Aesthetic Injector to join our innovative medical spa team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for aesthetic medicine, exceptional technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care. As an Aesthetic Injector, you will be responsible for providing advanced cosmetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and laser procedures, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance clients’ confidence through personalized aesthetic solutions in a professional and supportive environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cosmetic injectables, excellent patient communication skills, and a passion for delivering natural, high-quality aesthetic results. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on injection experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers. We have 3 locations- Lynnwood, Kirkland and Seattle.
This provider will work closely with our medical and clinical teams to deliver safe, personalized treatment plans while maintaining exceptional patient satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Independently perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser treatments with precision and care.
Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans aligned with individual goals.
Maintain strict adherence to sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a sterile environment during all procedures.
Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and expected outcomes to foster trust and satisfaction.
Assist with retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic devices while upselling appropriate treatments based on client needs.
Collaborate with team members across management, front desk operations, and guest services to deliver a seamless client experience.
Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training related to esthetic laser treatments, injectables, and other aesthetic treatments.
Experience
Proven experience working as an aesthetic injector for 2-3 years or in a med spa setting with expertise in injection administration of neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
Active RN/PA-C/MD/DO license in good standing in the state of WA.
Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment.
Strong background in nursing, cosmetology, or related healthcare fields with relevant certifications in aesthetic procedures.
Excellent communication skills for client consultation, education, and building lasting relationships.
Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while performing various beauty services such as hair styling, nail care, hair threading, or barbering when applicable.
Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services confidently while providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a plastic surgery or medical aesthetics practice.
Familiarity with laser treatments, skincare, or other non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $400,000+ per year ( depending on licensure and experience)
