Provide the highest quality of patient care to our resident.
Inform yourself of each individual care plan to provide optimal health care.
Prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribe.
Assist new admissions with feeling welcome to Snohomish Health and Rehab!
Being a TEAM: When we work together, we are stronger...
Work with staff to ensure successful flow and support for each other.
Stay in communication with team-members about updates or changes to patients to ensure accurate, up-to-date, health plan for each of our residents. Complete nursing documentation as needed.
Be attentive to patient needs and requests.
Some Abilities:
Ability to move with care and love to each individual.
Ability to show up to each shift with a heart ready to conquer the thrill that is the healthcare world!
Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff.
Knowledge to obtain:
Graduate of your corresponding program.
Current valid RN or LPN license in the state employed.
Valid CPR certification.
