About This Position
Aristo HealthCare Services is seeking compassionate and skilled RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one care in a home health setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting independence, dignity, and safety for our clients.

Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting (Private Duty Nursing)
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and patient condition
Perform assessments and document care accurately
Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, respiratory support, G-tube, trach, etc.)
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and care teams
Educate patients and families on care plans
Ensure compliance with care plans and state regulations
Qualifications
Required:
Active Washington State RN or LPN License
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home health or pediatric experience preferred)
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Ability to work independently
Preferred:
Experience with Private Duty Nursing (PDN)
Trach/Vent, G-tube, or pediatric care experience
Familiarity with EMR systems
