Clinical Nurse Instructor Job Description
Vital Healthcare Training Center’s mission is to prepare diverse student populations to become professional and integral parts of the healthcare team. Through academic excellence and rigorous hands-on training, students will learn the essential skills needed to be advocates, promote safety, provide quality, and compassionate care to every patient they serve.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction to CNA students.
Ensure required regulatory education follows state-specific requirements.
Ensure CNA students can pass state-required testing to become Certified Nursing Assistants.
Oversee CNA students at the clinical facility and ensure safety practices at all times.
Ensure course content aligns with the current practices and regulations.
Teach practical skills in clinical settings.
Assess student learning and provide feedback.
Requirements
First Aid/CPR active license.
RN/LPN active license, with at least 1 year of Washington license.
At least 1 year of clinical experience as an LPN/RN
Have one year of nursing experience providing care to the adult population.
Excellent written and oral communication and motivational skills.

· $33-38 per hour

· Clinical Rotation: 0600 – 1430
10:1 student–nurse ratio
