Part-Time, LPN Clinical Dispatcher & Office Coordinator
About Concierge Nurse Services
Concierge Nurse Services is a growing mobile healthcare company providing private-pay nursing, post-operative care, mobile IV therapy, wellness services, and other personalized healthcare services throughout the Greater Seattle area.
We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Licensed Practical Nurse to provide evening telephone and dispatch coverage while also supporting the everyday office and clinical operations of our company.
This is an ideal position for an LPN who enjoys a combination of patient communication, clinical coordination, organization, event help, and administrative work. The right person will be resourceful, comfortable working independently, and willing to help wherever needed in a growing healthcare company.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with a guaranteed minimum of eight hours per week.
The required weekly schedule is:
Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The position may be expanded to include a full Wednesday shift from approximately 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. During the earlier portion of the Wednesday shift, the employee would assist with office, inventory, clinical-preparation, and administrative responsibilities before transitioning into evening telephone and dispatch coverage.
This is a hybrid position, where some shifts may be worked from home.
Additional hours may be available based on company needs, special projects, employee availability, events, and coverage needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Evening Telephone and Dispatch Coverage
Answer incoming company telephone calls on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Respond professionally and compassionately to patients, prospective patients, nurses, providers, and community partners.
Gather relevant patient information and determine the appropriate next step based on CNS protocols.
Recognize symptoms, requests, or circumstances that require escalation to an RN, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, physician, medical director.
Help determine whether a requested CNS service appears appropriate within established screening guidelines.
Serve as the company dispatcher during assigned evening hours.
Contact available nurses and other clinicians regarding new patient assignments.
Coordinate appointment details and communicate scheduling changes to patients and staff.
Document calls, patient inquiries, clinical concerns, assignments, and follow-up needs accurately.
Monitor company communication platforms during assigned hours.
Provide polished, responsive, concierge-level customer service.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
Office and Clinical Operations Support
During scheduled office hours and additional shifts, responsibilities may include:
Prepare injection education packets, patient folders, aftercare materials, and service-specific paperwork.
Assemble NAD kits, injection kits, IV supplies, event supplies, and other patient-care materials.
Review incoming intake forms and identify missing information or concerns requiring RN or provider review.
Prepare preliminary care-plan documentation using CNS-approved templates for review and approval by an RN or authorized provider.
Help ensure patient instructions, forms, and clinical resources remain organized and current.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and functional office and medical supply room.
Receive, label, stock, and organize incoming supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and notify leadership when items need to be reordered.
Monitor medication and supply expiration dates and help reduce unnecessary waste.
Prepare supply bags for nurses, mobile appointments, post-operative cases, and company events.
Assist with filing, scanning, printing, scheduling, data entry, and other routine administrative work.
Help maintain business cards, brochures, patient packets, forms, and company marketing materials.
Assist with simple Canva projects, including flyers, posters, event materials, and informational handouts.
Help transport or deliver supplies to company events when needed.
Assist with staff orientations, corporate events, community events, and other operational projects.
Help identify opportunities to improve office systems, workflows, organization, and efficiency.
Complete other reasonable clinical-support and office responsibilities as company needs arise.
Required Qualifications
Current and unrestricted Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse license.
Current CPR or Basic Life Support certification.
Previous clinical healthcare experience.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Strong telephone communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to recognize clinical concerns and understand when a patient request must be escalated.
Ability to remain calm and organized while managing multiple telephone calls, patient requests, and staffing needs.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Comfortable working independently during evening hours.
Reliable attendance and consistent availability on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Ability to protect confidential information and comply with HIPAA requirements.
Comfortable using computers, electronic documentation systems, shared calendars, mobile applications, email, and team communication platforms.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to safely lift and carry boxes or supply containers weighing approximately 25–30 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home health, post-operative care, infusion services, outpatient care, urgent care, emergency care, surgical care, medical scheduling, or telephone triage.
Previous dispatch, care-coordination, medical-office, or healthcare-administration experience.
Experience reviewing patient intake forms and preparing clinical documentation.
Strong organizational and inventory-management skills.
Experience using Canva or a willingness to learn.
Experience working in a small business or rapidly growing healthcare organization.
