Currently, we are looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for our PRN positions in Home Health & Hospice Care for our Lubbock (Texas) location. We cover a radius of 60 miles around Lubbock Our pay rate listed on this ad is per visit not per hour.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) duties include:
Provide skilled nursing, wound care, procedures, treatments in the home health and/or hospice care areas. Follow a structured care plan in conjunction with the patient's needs.
Ensure proper documentation and charting is implemented in timely and compliance based manner into the EMR.
Effectively communicate with the clinical and administrative team all that is required for proper coordination of patient care.
Gives highest importance to quality of patient care and compliance.
Qualifications:
Currently active Texas LVN license.
Home Health and/or Hospice care experience is preferred
Current CPR certification
Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
