About This Position
Gold Crest Retirement Center is hiring a full-time 8-hour EVENING SHIFT and 12-hour NIGHT SHIFT CNA or MA to join our tight-knit team in Adams, NE . (A traffic-free, scenic, 35-minute drive from South Lincoln and 30 minutes from Beatrice!
Base Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 / hour
Shift Differentials:
+$0.75/hr Evening & Night Differential
+$0.75/hr Weekend Differential
Stackable Pay: Shift differentials stack! If you work an evening or night shift on a weekend, you’ll earn +$1.50/hr on top of your base pay.
Shift: Evening Shift (2 PM to 10 PM) or Night Shift (6 PM to 6 AM)
Schedule: Full-time, includes rotating weekends and holidays

What You Will Do:
As a CNA, you are the heart of our resident care. You will:
* Assist residents with daily living activities (dressing, grooming, bathing, meals, and transfers).
* Build meaningful connections with residents to provide a warm, dignified environment.
* Take and record vital signs (weight, blood pressure, pulse, etc.).
* Promptly report any changes in resident conditions to the charge nurse.
* Follow infection control protocols to keep our community safe and clean.
Qualifications:
* Active Nebraska CNA Certificate (Required)
* Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam (50 lb. lift/25 lb. pull)
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* A desire to provide compassionate, respectful care to seniors
