Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members
Assists patients with activities of daily living which may include dressing, feeding, bathing or any other hygiene needs
Assists the bedside nurse (RN or LPN) with patient treatment and examinations
Takes vital, documents status and gives treatment as directed by Registered Nurse
Participates in patient discharge planning
Performs other related projects and duties as assigned

Friendly, caring and professional demeanor to achieve an excellent patient/customer experience for individuals going through difficult experiences
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to challenging situations
Desire to make a difference in the lives of rehabilitation patients and their families
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
18 year of age
Successful completion of the 75-hour state approved CNA training program
Active CNA certification in good standing in Nebraska
