Ro Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting
Administer medications and prescribed treatments
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Assist with specialized care needs, including:
Enteral feeding
Airway support
Seizure management
Educate family members and caregivers
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Training & Support
Paid, hands-on training provided
Clinical skill development in:
Airway management
Enteral feeding
Medication administration
Seizure care
Continuing education support (CEU reimbursement)
24/7 access to clinical guidance
Minimum Requirements
Active Washington State RN or LPN license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to work independently
Strong communication and organizational skills
