About This Position
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety, health, and comfort during overnight hours. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high-quality care standards.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents' health conditions and document observations accurately.
Respond promptly to changes in residents’ conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
Guide nursing aides and other support staff during the shift.
Ensure accurate documentation of care provided in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Promote a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection control and health safety protocols.
Qualifications
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or rehabilitation is a plus.

Schedule
Night shift: 6:00pm-6:00am (12-hour shifts + rotating weekends)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $30.70 - $45.32 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
