About This Position

Location: North Carolina (Remote)

Openings: 3

Work Model: 100% Remote

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 1 Year

Rate: $60-64/hour (W2 + Benefits)

Hours: 40 hours/week (8am - 4pm flexible)

Project: Nuclear

Position Summary:

The Electrical Design Engineer designs and develops electrical systems for various applications, ensuring functionality and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems and components.

Create detailed schematics and technical drawings.

Collaborate with teams to define project requirements.

Conduct tests and simulations to validate designs.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Knowledge of autocad, inventor or similiar mechanical software tool suites for electrical design.

Experience in power plant, data center, or industrial cabinet design.

Experience creating elementary diagrams, schematics, connection and routing diagrams.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $60.00 - $64.00 per hour
