You LIVE in Kitsap County (REQUIRED)
You have caregiving or related experience (preferred - not required!)
You have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle w/ insurance
You hold a current CNA or HCA certification (not required; we offer training + tuition help)
You have a Food Handler Card (we will help you obtain one!)
You have CPR/First Aid knowledge (not required, but nice to have)
You can assist with transfers and Hoyer Lift use (or are ready to learn)

On an average visit, your next client may need assistance with...
Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Assist with mobility, transfers, and Hoyer lifts
Offer medication reminders
Keep the home tidy, safe, and welcoming
Provide companionship and emotional support
Document care + communicate updates
Create moments of real joy and connection
