Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Maintain accurate records and communicate changes in condition to the care team
Follow facility policies and procedures to support safe, person-centered care
Support residents’ comfort, mobility, and hygiene needs
Assist with basic clinical tasks as directed by the supervising licensed nurse
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in your assigned area
Requirements
Active CNA certification (required)
Active North Dakota CNA certification/registration (required)
Ability to work variable day shifts, including both 8 and 12-hour schedules
Strong communication skills and a caring, professional approach to resident support
Ability to follow care plans and facility safety procedures
