Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for Med Surg patients with Tele monitoring needs
- Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition, following unit protocols
- Document nursing care accurately and timely
- Coordinate with the care team to support safe, effective treatment plans
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment during overnight shifts
