Responsibilities

- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support patient comfort, safety, and evidence-based care throughout each shift.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience providing care in a long-term care (LTC) environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based care setting
