Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Assess patients' needs and create individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
Monitor patients' progress and update medical records accordingly
Provide education and support to residents and their families
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies
Valid RN license in the state of South Dakota
Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Passion for providing compassionate care to vulnerable populations
