At New Alternatives, we help young adults ages 18-20 learn to manage mental illness and navigate their communities.
We provide:
Safe housing in a space staffed 24/7, offering case management, counseling, nursing care and medication management
Individual services that connect young adults to community resources, employment opportunities, transportation assistance and more
Educational services to build skills in money management, cooking and nutrition, building relationships, housekeeping and more
HOURS: Part-time and PRN opportunities available.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Make a difference every day by supporting the health and well-being in a residential care setting. This role combines hands-on medical oversight, collaboration with clinical providers, and the opportunity to be a trusted resource for staff alike—all within a supportive environment.
