Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Location: Menifee, Hemet, Temecula Areas
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $50 to $150 per visit, based on experience and visit type
Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team serving patients throughout South Riverside County.
The RN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, complete assessments, follow the physician’s plan of care, and help ensure patients receive high-quality care in a comfortable home setting.
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes
Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Follow the physician’s plan of care
Provide wound care, medication teaching, disease management, and patient education
Communicate with physicians, patients, families, caregivers, and the home health team
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Follow all agency policies and home health regulations
Qualifications
Active California RN license
Home health experience preferred
OASIS experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Schedule
Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available
