Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN Injector) to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing aesthetic and wellness practice that values excellence, teamwork, and continuous professional development.

Schedule

Four weekdays per week

Two weekends per month

Additional weekday shifts may become available as the practice continues to grow

Relocation Assistance

Relocation assistance is available for highly qualified candidates with significant aesthetic injector experience. If you are an experienced aesthetic provider looking to relocate to Lubbock Texas, we'd love to discuss how we can help make your transition easier.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Experienced in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic injectables

Highly motivated and eager to continue learning

Professional, polished, and compassionate

Customer service and patient satisfaction focused

Comfortable educating patients and recommending treatment plans

Sales-minded without being pushy, with the ability to build long-term patient relationships

A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Passionate about delivering natural, beautiful results

Compensation is competitive and based on aesthetic experience, skill level, productivity, and overall contribution to the practice.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under appropriate supervision.

Conduct thorough patient consultations, including medical history, informed consent, and discussion of treatment risks, benefits, and expectations.

Independently (or under appropriate supervision) administer aesthetic injections including:

Neuromodulators

Dermal fillers

Biostimulators

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

Perform laser treatments and skin resurfacing procedures.

Perform SkinPen®, RF microneedling, chemical peels, facials, and other skin rejuvenation treatments.

Assist with anti-aging and wellness services.

Maintain accurate EMR documentation.

Ensure patient safety and maintain the highest standards of care.

Monitor and maintain inventory of injectables, supplies, and equipment.

Educate patients on skincare, treatment plans, and home care recommendations.

Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products and aesthetic services when appropriate.

Assist with patient scheduling and coordination of procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.

Assist physicians and other providers during procedures as needed.

Help train and mentor new clinical staff when appropriate.

Stay current with new aesthetic techniques and participate in continuing education.

Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to all federal, state, and practice regulations.

Qualifications Required

Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Excellent knowledge of facial anatomy

Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Computer proficiency and experience with EMR documentation

Neurtoxin and Dermal Filler certification

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team

Preferred

Experience performing cosmetic neuromodulator and dermal filler injections

Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, facial plastics, or cosmetic surgery practice

Experience with lasers, RF microneedling, PRP, and advanced aesthetic procedures

Strong skincare and product knowledge

Sales and patient consultation experience

Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
