Job Overview
As a Stepdown RN, you’ll care for high‑acuity patients transitioning from ICU‑level care. You’ll use your critical thinking and advanced assessment skills to support patients with complex needs.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring cardiac/telemetry patients
Managing drips and advanced assessments
Communicating changes in patient status
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Supporting safe transitions of care
