Requirements and Skills

  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals, techniques, and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Monitor patient responses and adjust therapeutic interventions to optimize outcomes
  • Participate actively in team meetings and case reviews to promote continuous improvement in patient care

Qualifications

  • Graduated from an accredited physical therapy educational program
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin
  • Prior experience in an inpatient clinical setting preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to patient care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
