Location: Pierre, South Dakota
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Dates: June 15 or June 29
Shift: Rotating (Days / Evenings / Nights)
Schedule: 36 hours per week
Compensation
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,370
Per Diem: $1,246 (included in weekly total where applicable)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg Telemetry unit in Pierre, South Dakota. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical environment providing care to patients requiring both medical-surgical and cardiac monitoring.
Unit Details
Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry
Patient population includes a mix of medical-surgical and telemetry-monitored patients
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Tele setting
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience required
AHA Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
EPIC experience required
Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
