About the Role:
As a Night Shift CNA, you will work closely with our experienced nursing staff to provide individualized care to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting guests with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Monitoring and reporting changes in guests' conditions, including vital signs and medication administration
Providing emotional support and companionship to our guests
Assisting with mobilization and exercise programs to promote physical recovery
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of guest care and services
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

Additional Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent education
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition guests with minimal assistance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
