We’re looking for a dedicated LPN with an active South Dakota license (or compact) and at least one year of Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, clinically strong, and passionate about providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This is a 13-week contract with strong potential for extensions, working consistent 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM night shifts. You'll enjoy the stability of guaranteed hours and a predictable schedule that allows you to plan your life outside of work. Compensation & Schedule: Earn up to $92,248/year equivalent Weekly Pay – no surprises, no guessing Guaranteed Hours = consistent income Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift) 13-week contract with extension potential What You’ll Be Doing: Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care setting Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor and report changes in resident condition Assist with care planning and documentation Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team members Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care At Ascendo Healthcare, we prioritize your success.
