We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic critical care team in Marshfield, WI. Shift & Schedule
- ICU 2E SICU Unit – schedule details to be discussed with recruiter
- Flexible shifts with competitive hourly pay

Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $63.00 - $74.00
- Paid weekly via Quick2Hire with dedicated recruiter support
Requirements & Skills
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
- Prior ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced certifications such as ACLS and/or PALS are a plus
- Commitment to patient-centered care and safety protocols
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU
- Monitor patient conditions, document assessments, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition with appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Adhere to infection control policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the ICU
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Current RN license in Wisconsin required
- Minimum of 1 year critical care or ICU nursing experience preferred
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
