Requirements and Skills
- Certified Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and catheterization procedures
- Proficiency in operating specialized cath lab equipment and imaging technology
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional catheterization procedures
- Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment, ensuring proper sterilization and functionality
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes during procedures
- Document procedural details and maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program or equivalent education
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or equivalent certification preferred
- Previous experience working in a cardiac catheterization lab preferred but not always required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $75.00 - $89.00
