Requirements & Skills
- Proven leadership experience in a nursing management role, preferably as a Director of Nursing or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of nursing practice, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead nursing staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop, implement, and oversee nursing policies and procedures ensuring compliance and best practices
- Demonstrated skills in staff mentoring, performance management, and conflict resolution

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct nursing staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care

Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or comparable nursing leadership role
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices
