Requirements & Skills

  • Proven leadership experience in a nursing management role, preferably as a Director of Nursing or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practice, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement standards

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

  • Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or comparable nursing leadership role
