Requirements & Skills
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin
- Proven experience providing quality patient care in long-term care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
- Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to patient needs
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily personal care activities including hygiene, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Support nursing staff with patient care tasks as needed
- Adhere to infection control practices to ensure patient and staff safety
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in Wisconsin
- Prior experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients for extended periods during shifts
- Strong commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations

Hourly Rate Range: $31.00 - $37.00
