Shift / Schedule

Requirements and Skills
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Emergency Room nursing or acute care settings
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and facilitate patient stabilization
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in accordance with state requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing preferred
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS required or must obtain within a specified timeframe
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care and safety
Compensation and Benefits
