Shift Information
- Position: ICU RN – 2E SICU
- Location: Marshfield, WI

Requirements & Skills
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Surgical ICU (SICU) setting
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Ability to provide direct, comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical technology
- Adherence to infection control and patient safety standards
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care for critically ill patients in the SICU
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Continuously assess patients' status and respond promptly to changes
- Document all nursing care and patient interactions accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families regarding care processes and post-discharge instructions
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Wisconsin RN licensure
- Minimum ICU/SICU critical care nursing experience preferred
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $63.00 - $74.00
