Requirements & Skills
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes promptly to physicians and caregivers
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment, medications, and health maintenance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing care and patient information
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and procedures
- Support and mentor junior nursing staff as needed
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Previous clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
