Requirements & Skills
- Current certification as a Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to perform essential nursing assistant duties including patient hygiene, mobility assistance, and vital signs monitoring
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable with a commitment to maintaining patient dignity
- Dependability with a clear background and ability to pass necessary screenings
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility by helping patients safely move within the facility
- Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients at all times

Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification in Wisconsin
