Within the Operating Room across Perioperative and Surgical Services, the CRNA will enjoy autonomy in a small community hospital that operates with a highly supportive surgical team. This CRNA position reports to the Director of Perioperative Services and works closely with the OR Nurse Manager, surgeons and Medical Staff leadership. The Nurse Anesthetist will conduct pre-op assessments, develop individualized anesthetic plans, administer general, regional and MAC anesthesia, manage post-op pain strategies and contribute to quality initiatives and policy development.
