Shift & Schedule

Requirements & Skills
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Wisconsin
- Experience in Medical-Surgical (MS), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and/or Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) nursing preferred
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care in critical and complex clinical settings
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation standards
- Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care protocols
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in MS, ICU, and IMC units following established standards and protocols
- Monitor patients’ conditions closely, interpret vital data, and respond promptly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education as needed
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience in MS, ICU, or IMC nursing preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
- Detail-oriented with commitment to patient-centered care
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical environments
Compensation: $65.00 to $77.00 per hour
