Requirements & Skills
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
- Proven experience in MS, ICU, or IMC nursing environments
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple patient care tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Competency in electronic medical records and documentation

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic nursing care to patients in Medical-Surgical, ICU, or Intermediate Care Unit settings
- Monitor patient vital signs, treatments, and medications while documenting care accurately and timely
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations and changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, clinical procedures, and accreditation standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to enhance nursing practice
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Wisconsin
- Minimum of one year experience in MS, ICU, or IMC nursing preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
