Requirements & Skills
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
- Proven experience in a clinical nursing role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and physician orders
- Monitor patient health status and document changes accurately and promptly
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions safely and effectively
- Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical nursing standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
Compensation & Benefits
