About This Position
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or Physician's Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. Duties
Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history documentation using the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Experity.
Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and DEA regulations.
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Coordinate diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical imaging, laboratory testing, and specimen processing to support accurate diagnoses.
Engage in case management activities such as discharge planning, utilization review, health coaching, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
Valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant with current licensure in South Dakota.
Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding essential.
Strong clinical skills including suturing, IV infusion/venipuncture, sterile processing techniques, and infection control practices.
Experience in diverse medical settings such as acute/urgent care or emergency room preferred.
Knowledge of pharmacology for medication administration across various specialties
Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to work effectively with children, seniors, individuals with disabilities or complex medical needs across multiple disciplines.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
