Shift and Schedule

Requirements and Skills
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Nebraska
- Proven experience working in an ICU or critical care setting
- Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and equipment
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for critically ill patients
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Monitor patient conditions closely and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly
- Administer medications, therapies, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Operate and maintain ICU-specific medical equipment effectively and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families about care plans and critical care processes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license in Nebraska
- Experience in ICU or critical care nursing preferred
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $63.00 to $74.00
